It is no longer recommended to use "Body Wash" on chemical burns! It is recommended that we use Water, and lot's of it, the, "Body Wash", is now referred to as "Tool Wash" ALSO, a few keys to safety are:  

1- Be aware of your work environment.
2- Never assume that everything is safe!
3- Communicate with your co-workers.
4- Be  sure you have the proper permit.

5- Be  sure  you  have all of your PPE.

The prevention of injuries Requires Planning, awareness of work environment, and a strong personal accountability for safety!!  

    



 

Always report significant chemical odors to the Shift Superintendent at 4340,  or page him 53-010.
